The posture we use when playing can be an extremely efficient way to improve the quality and the projection of our sound. In Fabio's opinion this is an equally important aspect of playing the trumpet just like any other technical aspect involved in playing. Here he shows us how to have an optimal posture whether it be for playing standing up or sitting down.
